Discover our ghee

Quality begins with the cow and what she eats.

Research shows that a cow’s diet can influence the fatty-acid and antioxidant profile of her milk, making thoughtful feeding foundational to the ghee we produce. We set the milk into curd, churn the curd using the traditional Bilona process to separate butter, and clarify that butter patiently in small batches to develop its rich aroma and comforting flavour.

How our ghee is made

What makes our pure Himalayan ghee different?

Good preparation matters, but it cannot replace good milk. That is why our attention starts with the cows, their feed, and their care.

01

Grass-fed cows

Our ghee begins with milk from cows that graze naturally and are nurtured with care in the Himalayan environment.

02

Traditional Bilona method

Milk is set into curd, the curd is churned with a bilona to separate butter, and the butter is slowly clarified in small batches.

03

Pure and simple

One honest ingredient, carefully clarified for a naturally golden colour, rich aroma, and clean finish.
