This policy explains how to request cancellation of an order placed at https://baglat.com with Alaia Global Private Limited.
When you can cancel
You may request cancellation within 2 hours of payment, provided the order has not been processed or handed to the delivery carrier. We cannot cancel an order once it is in fulfilment or has shipped.
How to request cancellation
Contact us through the Contact Us page with your order ID, registered email and Razorpay payment ID. Please send the request as soon as possible so we can check the order before fulfilment begins.
After cancellation
If an eligible paid order is cancelled, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for processing details. For an order that has shipped, contact us about any delivery problem under the Shipping Policy.
