Who we are

Baglat Farms is a brand of Alaia Global Private Limited. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Alaia Global Private Limited, operating through the Baglat Farms brand.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and the information you choose to provide. If you create an account or place an order, we may also collect a Firebase account or anonymous guest identifier, your verified mobile number, Google profile name, email address, profile image, chosen sign-in method, delivery and billing addresses, order contents, payment status, and basic sign-in activity.

Account authentication

We use Firebase Authentication, a Google service, to create a private anonymous session for guest checkout and to support Google and email-and-password sign-in, verify email addresses and mobile numbers, send password-reset messages, and keep accounts secure. Authentication credentials, verification codes, and password-reset requests are handled by Firebase. We do not receive or store your password in our website code.

When you register with email and password, we ask for your consent before sending your credentials to Firebase. We process your email address, authentication credential, Firebase user identifier, verification status, and basic sign-in information for the purpose of creating, securing, and giving you access to your account. Connecting Google or a mobile number may also provide the profile or phone information shown during that process.

Orders and payments

When you sign in, our Baglat Farms API records your verified Firebase user ID, email, display name, and last login time to maintain your store account. It also stores order, address, price, status, and payment-reference snapshots so we can process and support purchases. Razorpay processes payment credentials and returns payment identifiers and status evidence to us. We do not receive your full card, bank-account, or UPI credentials.

Cookies and browser storage

We use essential browser storage to remember your shopping cart, support Firebase sign-in, and recover the status of an interrupted checkout. These functions support the shopping and payment services you request. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are currently disabled. You can save or change your choice for optional technologies using Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice does not disable essential cart, sign-in, or payment-recovery storage.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and secure your account, fulfil and support orders, reconcile payments, respond to enquiries, improve our products and website, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping information safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No internet service is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive payment or identity information through contact forms.

Your choices

You may withdraw consent or ask Alaia Global Private Limited to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us through our Contact Us page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out and may mean that we can no longer provide the account service.

Signed-in customers can use Privacy and Account Settings to delete their Firebase Authentication login credentials. That client-side deletion does not automatically erase order, payment, support, or other records that may be retained for an ongoing purpose or legal obligation; contact us to request review of those records.
