Founder
Preety comes from a farming family in the hills of Shimla, where she grew up close to orchards and learned the care behind quality produce. She holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and worked alongside farmers as a researcher on Madeira Island, focusing on food-product quality. Her farming roots and research mindset now help shape Baglat Farms.
Co-founder
Rohini is the hands-on force behind Baglat Farms’ ground operations—procuring materials, coordinating logistics, and building trusted relationships with local farmers and communities. Her dedication keeps people, processes, and quality moving together.

Sidharth has over a decade of software engineering experience with multinational companies in India and Europe, spanning manufacturing, finance, and logistics. At Baglat Farms, he helps shape the product and brand vision while leading technology, strategy, and digital growth.
Retail & Field Operations
Ashu brings a strong on-the-ground presence to Baglat Farms. As an experienced retailer, he understands local customers, day-to-day business realities, and the relationships that help a business earn trust. He manages field operations, coordinates essential tasks, and keeps the team closely connected to the local market.
