Delivery address and service area
We ship across Pan-India, including serviceable states and Union Territories. Please check that your address and contact number are complete and accurate before placing an order.
Processing and estimated delivery
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Doorstep delivery generally takes 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and may vary with destination, holidays, weather or carrier disruptions.
Shipping charges and tracking
Shipping is free for orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹49. Where tracking is available, we will share tracking details using the contact information provided with the order.
Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order ID. For damaged or defective items, report the issue within exactly 48 hours of delivery with a clear, unedited unboxing video. See our Refund Policy for resolution options.
